Business Development Executives (4 positions) - Perai, Penang

Responsibilities

Identify new accounts and exploits business opportunities to achieve individual and team sales targets for targeted market segments
Identifies marketing plans and strategic initiatives to increase the web solution market share
Conducts sales presentation, writes up sales proposals and negotiates with customers and partners to win significant sales orders
Collaborates with both the project management and operations team to implement projects
Responsible for receivable management

Requirements

Must understand/learn to understand how website works, how would web solutions benefit potential customers
Good oral and written English
Thorough knowledge of customers within territory and company’s products and services.
Must have good presentation skill
Must possess good business acumen and analytical skill
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens

Benefits

Signing Bonus (at least 1/2 month salary for candidates who passed probation)
Salary: Basic + commission

Web Graphic & Flash Designers (2 positions) - Perai, Penang

Responsibilities

Conceptualize award winning creative web page
Design, development and implementation of web page
Join in sales presentation, and have join meetings with sales team and customers
Collaborates with both the project management and operations team to implement projects
Extremely well organized, able to juggle multiple tasks and aggressive deadlines with minimal supervision, and have extraordinary attention to process and detail

Requirements

Must understand/learn to understand how website works
Expertise in current Internet standards, including Web browsers and browser specifications. Remain current on the graphics and web development communities including new HTML tags, browser specifications, graphic utilities and programs, etc.
Able to produce creative Flash presentation / splash page
Knowledge of one or more current web markup or scripting languages e.g. Javascript
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens
Must possess good business acumen and analytical skill.
